Day 1: Agadir - Taroudant - Ait benhaddou - Ouarzazate

Our 7 day desert tour from Agadir will depart to the south of Morocco via Ouarzazate driving through small Berber villages, Taznakht the capital of the Moroccan carpet, and Taliouine which is the capital of saffron then to the impressive Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou recognized the one by UNESCO, as a world heritage site since 1986, where many films took place such as Alexander, Gladiator, Babel…, and much more movies. After that, we continue to Ouarzazate “the Hollywood of Africa, Overnight.

Day 2: Ouarzazate - Dades Valley - Toudra gorges - Merzouga desert

After breakfast, we will be heading toward the Merzouga desert. Berber villages are scattered along the way. We’ll pass through the Kasbah of Amridil, Dades Valley, Todra Gorges, and Erfoud, in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet. And then continue the 7 day desert tour from Agadir to Merzouga. After relaxing for a few minutes, we go to the camels that are waiting to take us on an adventure in the dunes. You will spend the night in an equipped camp with drums and music in the middle of the dunes. This is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset and sunrise.

Day 3: Merzouga – Khamlia – Ouzina dunes – Tafraout Sidi Ali.

Adventure day, the journey will begin visiting Khamlia, a truly unique Gnawa village, then traversing across some very diverse landscapes. We take the trail through sand rivers, villages lost in nothingness, nomad camps, and dry lakes until we reach the Tafraout desert: a magnificent place, accessible only by off-road tracks, overnight.

Day 4: Tafraout Sidi Ali - Tismmoumen - Zagora

Our departure will start from Tafraout Sidi Ali, going to Zagora. We will travel through desert landscapes, hamadas, and large open plateaus. On the way, we will visit the small oasis of Tismmoumen. We will also pass near quiet areas with old history, where you can still see traces of ancient life in the Sahara. Overnight.

Day 5: Zagora - Foum Zguid - Aguenane

You start your day from Zagora, driving along the main road and stopping briefly at the palm grove for photos. Then continue to Foum Zguid, where you can enjoy tea or a short walk around the town and see the local markets. From Foum Zguid, follow the paved road toward the Aguenan oasis, passing small villages.

Day 6: Aguenane- Tata - Tafraout

Leaving Aguenan, drive along the main road toward Tata, passing desert plains, small villages, and some ancient granaries where you can stop for photos. In Tata, enjoy a short walk around the town, visit the local markets, and see a historic granary nearby if you like. Then continue along the paved road to Tafraout, enjoying the scenic landscapes of the Anti-Atlas, rocky hills, and desert valleys. Arrive in Tafraout by evening.

Day 7: Tafraout - Agadir

Start your day in Tafraout and drive through the stunning Anti-Atlas mountains, with red rock formations and small Berber villages along the way. You’ll pass groves of argan trees and stop at Granary Ikounka, a traditional hillside granary, to explore and take photos. Then continue toward Agadir, enjoying the valleys and argan forests as the road gently descends to the plains, arriving in Agadir by the afternoon.
