9 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga, through the High Atlas mountains via Ouarzazate. Day 1: Arrival at Marrakech – Transfert to the Hotel
Pick up from the airport at your arrival time and transfer to the Riad, that´s in the Medina, the Historical centre of the city of Marrakech.
Day 2: Full Day To Visit Marrakech
Today will have an optional private Guided Tour of Marrakech, with an official guide, you will see the famous Mosque of Koutoubia, the Medina and its souks, and explore some more of Marrakech’s secrets: Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school, the Saadian the Bahia Palace and Majorelle Gardens, overnight at a Riad in the Medina.
Day 3: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate- Dades Valley
In this morning, Departure towards the high Atlas Mountain called Tizi N Tichka to reach Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, one of the most beautiful Kasbah in Morocco And nominated a UNESCO world heritage. After exploring the Kasbah, Will continue our road to Dades valley, where we will spend our night in a hotel with dinner and breakfast. Between Ouarzazate and Dades we will pass through Valley of roses, Famous for its annual festival of roses. and continue to Dades Valley where you will spend the night.
Day 4: Dades valley –Toudra gorge – Merzouga desert
We leave Dades valley, to Todra gorges through Tinghir. Stopping along the way for photos and admiring the views to enjoy the marvellous Canyons views. in the afternoon we continue to Touroug, Where we will take our lunch, and then hiding to Erfoud, Where we will visit some local fossil craft workshop. And we continue to Merzouga and the rest will be extraordinary and magical. After relaxing a few minutes in Merzouga, we are going to ride camels and trekking through the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. The adventure will take us to a traditional camp (Nomad, Berber tents) where we will spend our second night, It is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset and sunrise. The night will be rich in drums music in the middle of the Sahara desert.
Day 5: Merzouga – Khamlia – Erg Chebbi dunes
Wake up early morning, to catch the beauty of the sunrise in the desert, you will ride camels back to where you will meet your driver, you will have all the day around the desert, visit Nomad families and Gnaoua village Khamlia. Where we will be entertained with the authentic instruments. After spending a worthwhile moment with Gnaoua, Here you will have a tradition Berber Pizza. Then, Transfer to your accommodation, Overnight.
Day 6: Merzouga – Erfoud – Midelt – Azrou – Ifran – Fes
Today you will drive to Rissani and investigate the local market (Souks). later on, you will depart to Errachidia via Erfoud, Aoufous and the valley of Ziz then stopping for a panoramic view of the oasis of Aoufous in the Tafilalte region. Continuation to Midelt across the pass of Tizi N’talghamt and have a lunch break. After that, we will be driven to Fes (the medieval city) via the Cedar forest near Azrou and the mountain of the middle Atlas with the possibility to see the Barbary apes (monkeys). You may have a stop in Ifrane (the Switzerland of Morocco) before arriving in Fes. Drop off in Fes.
Day 7: Ful day to visit Fes the old imperial City
Exploring day with a local guide, Exploring the attractions of Fez the old imperial city of Morocco. The tour starts from the Royal Palace gate, you will have the opportunity to visit the ceramics cooperative to see traditional Moroccan crafts. Then, takes you through the narrow streets of the Medina to the Jewish Quarter and the Tanneries. This tour highlights all the sites with cultural and historical interest, including the famous Al karaouine Universit, In the afternoon, We will take you to admire the panoramic view over the Medina, and visit the new city or the new Fez.
Day 8: Fes – Volubilis – Meknes – Rabat – Casablanca
We will leave Fes towards, The Roman-Berber Ruins of Volubilis or Walili in Berber. Is a partly excavated Berber and Roman city in Morocco situated near the city of Meknes, And commonly considered as the ancient capital of the Kingdom of Mauritania. It developed from the 3rd century BC. After Volubilis, we will continue our trip toward Meknes, Visit the city that is linked to the name of Moulay Ismail, The great sultan of the dynasty Alouita. Visit the gate Bab Mansour and the plaza el Hedim. Our lunch will be in Rabat. The administrative capital of Morocco: the First stop is Kasbah of Udayas “Oudaias”, Which is the oldest place in Rabat, Hassan Tower “Tour Hassan” and tomb, it’s an uncompleted mosque started by “Al Mohads” leader Yacoub Al-Mansour. After exploring Rabat, we take the road to Casablanca.
Day 9: Casablanca – Airport
In the morning, After breakfast depends on the depart time transfer to the airport, will pick up you from your accommodation in Casablanca, We will take a tour around the historical heritage of this city. We will be able to explore some places in the city as the biggest Mosque Hassan II, United Nations Place and the Coastal Seaside Corniche, Casablanca airport.
